We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the team with one of my biggest clients in the Scottsdale area. This company is a Salesforce end-user and rapidly expanding their instance of Salesforce, operating on Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Clouds. With this expansion of their org, they need someone to come in and be able to communicate with key stakeholders and c-suite executives to gather user requirements.



Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
• Manage the systems queue to determine operational needs and prioritization
• Partner cross-functionally to define scope and gather requirements
• Generate detailed documentation and changes requirements
• Align and communicate with internal stakeholders on key priorities and initiatives
• Track progress of key projects and redefine requirements as needed
• Perform detailed testing for release of new initiatives
• Simultaneously support multiple programs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce BSA.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• Salesforce certifications
• Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a sales driven organization preferred
• Experience owning and prioritizing systems queues
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning CRM.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
