Director of Revenue Operations - $110K-140K

I'm currently working with one of our top clients in the PNW area who is searching for a Director of Revenue Operations to join their team as they build and grow the company's operations and analytics engine to inform and shape their go to market strategy. This opportunity comes with a chance to join a team that collaborates across multiple business departments, and places strong value on internal career growth. Responsibilities:
  • Own the Sales Tech Stack - be the SME & Manager of Salesforce, Outreach, and Hubspot
  • Data Enrichment - Improve company representatives' productivity and success by defining, implementing, & maintaining workflows and processes
  • Build reports and dashboards to track sales performance
  • Sales Enablement - account lists, lead lists, general information/training to help streamline work


Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Rev Ops preferred
  • Certifications in Salesforce & Outreach preferred
  • Proficiency in gathering, cleaning, & transforming data before transitioning into Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with all layers of business
