Day to day Administration duties such as user support and administration, trouble shooting, maintaining a 'clean' user friendly CRM
Implementation of new Salesforce systems and integration of new and existing systems
Working directly with stakeholders and team members
Enhance the client's change management process to ensure all changes land smoothly through appropriate testing
Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
Participate in technical design workshops with the wider Salesforce Team
Help define the roadmap for CRM and shape the overall strategy
Ensure all changes are adopted well using clear communications with all of the relevant users
Salesforce Administrator Certified
Experience in Sales and/or Service Cloud
Experience implementing and integrating substantial system improvements within Salesforce
Experience in Salesforce Configuration - Flows, Workflows, Process Builder
Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
The ability and confidence to work under own initiative
