This fast growing Salesforce Consultancy is looking for an outgoing, and experienced Salesforce professional to join the team. You will serve as the day-to-day lead on implementations, as a Salesforce Consultant you'll be impacting our customers through becoming a credible point of contact by creating value through the Salesforce implementation process. As Consultant, you'll have a pivotal impact on the direction of our firm by supporting the growth of the team through mentorship and technology ideation.
Role & Responsibility
Lead business requirement gathering and Salesforce solutions
Configure and/or develop solutions within Salesforce environment
Overcome challenges and provide value to client issues
Head up Data analysis, research, and create reports
Perform project scoping, configuration, and data mapping
Provide innovative solutions
Own completion and accuracy of client needs
Be a technical and functional lead through project
Increase knowledge in training courses, mentoring, and client relationship
Ideal Qualifications:
4+ years of Salesforce experience
Salesforce certifications
Flawless communication skills
End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
Ability to lead requirements gathering in detail
Have designed a solution for clients
Comfortable with hands on configuration and building Flows
Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds
College education
