My Client, a Salesforce Partner that focuses on helping Nonprofits, is looking to build out their consulting team!
This opportunity will give you the ability to grow your Salesforce implementation portfolio by working with Nonprofits in varying size from small foundations, to large, multinational organizations. You will be assisting these organizations to leverage Salesforce to drive tangible results and make a lasting difference. This role offers a competitive base salary contingent on experience.
Coordinate a collaborative, cross-functional team to deliver projects from start to finish
Develop realistic and actionable project plans
Identify, coordinate, and manage internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with executive level managers and provide relevant feedback and progress updates on assignments
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and overall performance
Proactively anticipate, mitigate and communicate risk
Resolve client issues in a timely and respectful manner
Experience with interfacing with and guiding Nonprofit organizatoins (Preferred)
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and resolve conflict
Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements, and the team has all the information required to action
Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and demonstrate consensus-building skills
