A company in the San Francisco Bay Area is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to join their growing team! If you're looking for a role where you can utilize your development/coding experience, build out a team of technical individuals, and contribute as a leader within the company, this role is for you.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build out and lead a high-performing team of Salesforce Engineers
• Understand business problems - work to discover and define functional requirements, translate into technical requirements and implement technical solutions
• Mentor and assist with hands on development when needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background as a Salesforce developer and software engineer
• Management experience
• Experience collaborating with C-Suite and department heads to create and implement strategic business initiatives
