Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant - Platinum Partner - London

I am currently recruiting for one of the fastest growing Salesforce Partners across the UK & Ireland based in London. They are on the search for experienced Salesforce Consultants with Experience Cloud experience to join their specialist declarative team and work on-site with a number of their clients.

In this position you will be working as part of an expert Salesforce team, providing top-class Salesforce expertise to clients. You will be involved in the full consultancy lifecycle for the company's customers, including analysis, gathering of requirements, configuration, delivery and end user support of Salesforce platforms across Experience Cloud in particular. This offers you a great opportunity to get involved in major greenfield projects to improve upon your expertise across the platform

Role & Responsibilities

• On-site customer implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a specialist focus on Experience Cloud projects
• Working on the full Salesforce consultancy lifecycle including analysing client requirements, designing solutions, end to end configuration and implementing salesforce.com systems
• Lead workshops and assist users as they adjust to the solutions that you bring to our customers
• Engage with clients directly, working collaboratively with key business stakeholders to analyse business processes and functional requirements
• Provide a complete consultancy service to clients to satisfy their requirements and produce effective and maintainable solutions

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development from end to end
• Configuration exposure including creating Validation Rules, building Flows, Reports and Dashboards
• Experience Cloud experience across multiple projects would be a big plus
• Experience with gathering business requirements from non-technical personal and documenting them for technical teams
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201)
• Preferably Experience Cloud Consultant certification
