
Role: SFDC Lead Dev/Arch
Start: Before 5/30
Duration: 3-6 month C2H
Location: Remote, ideally would like someone able to come on-site (Down Town LA) 1 day per month
Hours: 40/week PST
Reports to: Director of CRM
Team: Director, 2 SFDC Lead Dev/Archs, and 2 offshore Admin/Devs that work 50/50 PST AM/IST hrs
(will oversee offshore resources)
Process: 1-2 rounds depending on team availability with technical questioning. 1 hr Zoom
Skills/Requirements:
-5 yrs minimum SFDC experience
-Hands on Apex Dev and Architecture experience
-Service Cloud, Community Cloud
-Service Desk
-Workflows and engagement planning
-Team player, coachable
-Full SDLC experience
-Agile experience
-3P integration exp- Conga, DocuSign (Signature & CLM), and Form Assembly
-.Net background nice to have but not required
-Certs nice to have but not required
Project: Hub & Spoke business unit handles IT and Joe (Director) oversees 2 instances of SFDC, both on Service Cloud. 1st instance is payroll partner service center. 2nd instance is HR/Global Ops/Insurance & Risk Mgmt/Wire Transfers.
