Responsibilities Include:
  • Day to day Administration duties such as user support and administration, trouble shooting, maintaining a 'clean' user friendly CRM
  • Implementation of new Salesforce systems and integration of new and existing systems
  • Working directly with stakeholders and team members
  • Enhance the client's change management process to ensure all changes land smoothly through appropriate testing
  • Help define the roadmap for CRM and shape the overall strategy
  • Ensure all changes are adopted well using clear communications with all of the relevant users

  • Experience in at least one of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Non-Profit, Marketing and/or Community Cloud)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate (preferred)
  • Experience implementing and integrating substantial system improvements within Salesforce, (e.g. using new objects, flows, process builder, workflows, validation rules)
  • Experience configuring Salesforce including Workflows, Validation Rules, Lightning Flow, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards.
  • Data manipulation proficiency
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
