Salesforce Technical Consultant
- In your role as a Salesforce Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals within the company or project teams who require assistance or training on specific Salesforce products. This role will also present you with opportunities to tackle new challenges and unlock your full potential.
Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:
- Define, plan, and execute Salesforce projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- This will involve close collaboration with internal teams, technical architects, clients, senior consultants, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain intricate Salesforce Automations/Flows, as well as contribute to Data Migration tasks as needed.
- Coordinate project activities with clients, encompassing testing, training, and go-live phases.
- Gather and define functional requirements through client consultations and collaborate with design and development teams to create prototypes while addressing technical constraints.
- Assume responsibility for the quality of delivered solutions.
- +3 years of Salesforce experience across diverse platforms.
- Exhibit a strong grasp of Salesforce Flows.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, as well as project planning.
- Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills, capable of solving complex problems for major global brands, collaborating effectively, and ensuring successful client outcomes.
- Leverage a comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities and limitations to effectively communicate with customers.
- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for a diverse audience, including developers, project managers, executives, and clients with varying technical backgrounds.
- Easily adapt to working on a variety of projects of different sizes across different organizations.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities, capable of independently navigating the intricacies of a given project.
- Hold current Salesforce Certifications, including Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
