Salesforce CPQ Specialist | Fully Remote | 150-160k

  • Define/implement best practices for technical analysis
  • Design, develop, test and implement solutions/applications with necessary customizations and integrations
  • Define and execute user management best practices by managing profiles, roles, permissions, and other user related access items
  • Collaborate with team members to provide general administration of the salesforce ecosystem
  • Build, customize, and supports objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Custom develop on the Salesforce Platform with a strong preference for native functionality, declarative automations (process builder, flow), and Lightning components
  • Create, modify, and maintain documentation on Salesforce solutions and related business processes

  • 4+ years of experience configuring Salesforce using process builder, validation rules, Lightning flow, roles and profiles, data loader, reports and dashboards
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce CPQ
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot CPQ and billing related issues
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and design feature enhancements and improvements for Salesforce CPQ/Billing
  • CPQ Specifics:
    • Experience with Product and Price Rules
    • Someone who is good on the configuration side of things
      • Bundling of things, flattening bundles, flexible bundle structure, etc.
    • Advanced Order Management
    • Order splitting or experience using the order object inside of Salesforce
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing a salesforce/CRM architecture strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Experience installing/ managing AppExchange applications
  • Demonstrated advanced expertise and understanding of industry best practices in marketing, sales, finance, or service
