Sales Operations Analyst/Salesforce Administrator-Dallas, TX-$95k+

This position is with a client in the Manufacturing space. They are seeking a Sales Ops Analyst/Salesforce Administrator that craves a challenge and is passionate about driving user engagement and results. They serve a variety of online merchants and is looking for someone who is great at prioritizing.

They will be responsible for operationally supporting effectiveness and efficiency. They will play a dual role within the Marketing and Sales organizations as well as maintain the integrity of the process.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration within the Salesforce platform
• Sales/Marketing Analytics, Modeling & Operational Support
• Experiencing analyzing customer data to provide insights
• Sales Planning and Territory Management
• Manage accuracy of critical data points across systems
• Participate in beta testing and implementations across various sales systems

Requirements

• 5+ years working in Sales Operations
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer solutions software
