Sr. Salesforce Administrator - Colorado Springs, CO - Hybrid - $135K

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with a technofunctional Salesforce team to implement complex solutions in Salesforce. This is a great opportunity to work with business leaders and take initiative to solve business problems with technical solutions!

Role & Responsibility:

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business requirements and run down a technical solution all the way to launch
• Mentor Jr. Admins on what needs to be done within each project
• Use previous experience/continued learning to make sure you're scoping out the best solution for each unique business problem (taking into account budgeting, time, resources, etc.)
• Continuous enhancements of Salesforce platform

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administrator role
• Comfortable working in 2 week sprints
• Able to work with multiple departments to understand how each department is utilizing Salesforce
• Experience with 3rd party app implementations/maintenance
