Role: Individual Giving & Stewardship Specialist/ NPSP Salesforce Admin
Location: Remote, client based in LA (there are meetings once per month in LA but may be able to work around for candidates unable to travel onsite)
Duration: Contract through the end of 2022 with potential for conversion to FTE
Start: ASAP
Process: 2 rounds, 45 min. video meetings
What the hiring manager is looking for:
Salesforce Admin experience
Email marketing experience a plus (Mailchimp preferred)


Responsibilities :
Salesforce Management Experience-
* Ensure that Salesforce data is maintained and accurate
* Generate new reports and campaigns as needed
* Identify new processes to ensure more seamless interaction between team members, other departments, and Salesforce
* Assist with the development and execution of the donor experience and engagement strategies.
* Fundraising forecasting and revenue reporting
* Monthly meetings and reconciliation with finance team
* Manage the donor pledge/invoice process and reconcile donor pledges and invoices between Advancement and Finance teams
* Work with team members to develop and maintain forecasts, pipeline reports and performance scorecards
* Engage donors with pledges, invoices and donor agreements
* Perform background research on donor prospects
* Support in the planning and execution of donor events
Event/ Meeting Registration Invitation management-
* Run and maintain VIP guest lists
* Support the development and execution of donor communications and campaigns around events

Qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience working with nonprofit donors or leadership in fundraising, sales, or business development
* Experience with Salesforce: administration, data entry, campaign management, report generation
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
* Experience with the Google suite of collaboration tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
* Proven collaborator and team player
* Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
* Hands-on, self-starter
* Non-profit experience a huge plus
