Your expertise is deeply rooted in Certinia products, with a specific emphasis on PSA Cloud, complemented by a robust functional understanding of Salesforce.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the seamless execution of solutions within Certinia, simultaneously providing vigilant oversight and hands-on engagement in design, development, and integration.
- Contribute significantly to pre-sales client scoping, while also facilitating the creation of precise statement of work estimates.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, adeptly steering discussions to grasp their operational intricacies, prioritize critical information needs, and seamlessly translate business prerequisites into comprehensive system solutions.
- Drive seamless internal collaboration to design solutions seamlessly aligned with specific customer business requirements.
- Bridge the gap effectively between customer and technical teams, ensuring impeccable communication of solution requirements across the design, development, testing, and deployment stages.
- Contribute meaningfully to project management, meticulously planning, and coordination aspects.
- Maintain steadfast alignment of projects with client strategies while preventing duplication of functionality.
- Undertake the creation of thorough solution documentation and provide judicious guidance to the technical lead, particularly concerning custom solutions.
- Lead the creation of project deliverables, encompassing both process and system design elements, with a strong emphasis on functional and technical design attributes.
