Salesforce Enterprise Architect | $180,000 | Remote

Position Overview:

This role involves leading and supervising team members while adhering to organizational policies and legal requirements. Responsibilities encompass recruitment, interviewing, training, task delegation, performance assessment, conflict resolution, and motivation.

Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce Development/Architecture.
• 3+ year of experience with Sales Cloud.
• 3+ year of experience with Service Cloud.
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management Lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 6 years of Salesforce development experience, along with knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud products, particularly related to Data Architecture.
• At least 3 years in a technical or functional leadership role.
• Participation in at least 2 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
