Responsibilities

Manage & operate Salesforce platform and products
Conduct analysis and modeling to translate data into business needs
Collaborate with different teams/departments to understand business needs
Lead design, innovation, and integration of systems to optimize data
Manage workflow rules, triggers, action items, approval processes, security validations
Customize Salesforce platform to meet the business needs of the company.
Manage data flow between existing Salesforce platform and third-party marketing outlets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience (certification required)
1+ year of Business Analysis experience
Proficiency in data analysis
Demonstrated understanding and implementation of business workflows and processes
Strong initiative to find ways to improve existing solutions, systems, and processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and willingness to take initiative
