Job Description

Salesforce Administrator who will be working daily making minor changes to Salesforce, modifying, adding, deleting user accounts. Establishing or maintain access levels and visibility within standards. Trouble shooting platform and user anomalies. Data maintenance.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both Salesforce and other desktop applications along with user satisfaction mind set.

Role & Responsibilities
  • ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
  • managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • upgrading, maintaining, evaluating, documenting and importing on Salesforce systems
  • maintaining Salescloud and building custom reports and dashboards

Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years IT experience
  • 2-3 years Salesforce administrating experience
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce products and databases
  • experience in upgrading system and maintaining systems
