Web Services Operations Project Manager

Give operational support to the E2E Web Service Owner on the following aspects:

Assessment and optimization of web delivery processes: Confirm approach to continuous improvement based on learn
Support the onboarding, training and monitoring process of Production Partners
Content owner of internal resources for Stakeholders (Sharepoint)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and promote continuous improvement
Optimization of the Service Operation Tool (Jira)
KPIs tracking and reporting: Generate progress reports related to active projects and expected outcome
Cross functional support for other services (Creative, Digital, etc)

Who are we looking for

Motivated and detailed oriented person willing to learn and bring value to business
Studies in Project Management, Marketing, IT or business related area
5-year experience on web projects and familiarity with website production processes
Experience with IT processes and Drupal web development is highly appreciated
Experience with service operation tools, specifically JIRA
English proficiency and Desire to work in an international environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The role requires the ability to plan and organize work independently and remotely.
Team work mindset.
Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
