Day to day Administration duties such as user support and administration, trouble shooting, maintaining a 'clean' user friendly CRM
Implementation of new Salesforce systems and integration of new and existing systems
Working directly with stakeholders and team members
Enhance the client's change management process to ensure all changes land smoothly through appropriate testing
Help define the roadmap for CRM and shape the overall strategy
Ensure all changes are adopted well using clear communications with all of the relevant users
Experience in at least one of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Non-Profit, Marketing and/or Community Cloud)
Experience in CPQ and/or Pardot (preferred)
Salesforce Administrator Certificate (preferred)
Experience implementing and integrating substantial system improvements within Salesforce, (e.g. using new objects, flows, process builder, workflows, validation rules)
Experience configuring Salesforce including Workflows, Validation Rules, Lightning Flow, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards.
Experience in stakeholder management
Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
