The position entails the maintenance of a CRM platform and its associated applications, implementation of configuration changes, and the provision of support and training to users, including senior company executives. The role also involves adapting the existing system to align with evolving business needs and reports directly to the Director of Business Solutions
Administer and configure CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, on a daily basis. This includes tasks such as:
- Managing vital data, like eliminating or merging duplicate records.
- Updating user lists, security profiles, and user access rights.
- Implementing reports and dashboards.
- Carrying out enhancement requests, including view modifications and the addition of new fields.
- Aiding in the integration of CRM with other business systems and applications.
- Diagnosing and resolving daily user issues, necessitating direct interaction with users.
- Possess 1-2 years of CRM system administration experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
