About the role:

We are looking for a Analysis Optimisation Lead to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for leading and developing our data analyst team.
You will be responsible for organizing and driving the successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of data analysts and employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and supervise data analysts
Oversee digital analytics projects (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics)
Manage data visualization initiatives
Lead testing and optimization efforts
Design systems to convert raw data into actionable business insights
Present analytical findings to business teams
Foster a data-driven culture to enhance client strategies
Assist in new business development processes
Contribute to the definition of new services and products based on data analysis and optimization insights

Skills we are looking for

5-7 years of experience with digital analytics tools
In-depth knowledge of GA4 (Adobe will be positively considered), its features, and potential benefits for clients
Demonstrated ability to translate GA4/Adobe implementation results into meaningful insights and recommendations
Experience in integrating Analytics platforms (GA, Adobe) with other tools and platforms for enhanced data analysis and reporting
Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to effectively communicate the value of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics implementations to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge
Proven track record of using GA/Adobe data to drive successful marketing strategies and improve business performance
Familiarity with other web analytics tools, as well as marketing automation and CRM platforms, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem
Familiarity with data visualization and CRO best practices
Knowledge of privacy regulations and their implications
Awareness of cookieless tracking and its impacts
Commitment to staying current with industry best practices and policies
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery (preferred)
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
