Looking for a Salesforce Trainer in the Financial Services industry who will work with existing staff on the development, production, and delivery of projects within Salesforce and other high priority projects.
You will work with support teams, SMEs, and other staff and team members during review sessions to identify learning engagement opportunities. Review methods and procedures for applicability on new assignments. Demonstrate good judgment in implementing methods and techniques for obtaining results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work with learning and development team, determine the design standards for content and implement templates and style guides
Create assessment-driven content for Salesforce to ensure learner understanding of concepts and processes
Work with SMEs and support team to develop instructional design plans for digital program platforms
Conduct workshops on Salesforce to introduce latest content for release.
Participate in cross-functional teams to offer and gather input on how to instructionally enhance the content.
Stay up-to-date on current trends and research on innovations and developments in the fast-moving field of instructional design.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce
Knowledge of Articulate 360
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory, instructional design models, and evaluation models
Strong presentation skills
Extensive experience within instructional design
Experience within a call center environment
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, Communication, Education, or related field
Professional certifications preferred
