A top client located in Colorado is excited to hire for a Director of Sales Operations for their built-out Sales team. This role is a great opportunity to join a growing Colorado company that has a great passion for their data analytics and AI to drive sales strategy and develop creative solutions for their fast-paced environment.



Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales strategy by analysis of sales methodologies and metrics
  • Lead a proficient Sales team by assessing go-to-market models and work alongside business leaders
  • Work cross-functionally as a leader and work hands on with analytics in an agile environment
  • Build effective sales enablement strategies to optimize productivity




Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience in a Sales Operations leadership role
  • High attention to detail and professional demeanor
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience with ROI Modeling and Benchmarking
  • A knack for problem-solving and structured analytical-thinking
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
