Salesforce Release Manager

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with good Salesforce Development knowledge to join our clients IT team, as they go through an exciting period of growth and acquisitions.

The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary, in addition to various benefits and hybrid working. This role requires the successful applicant to go to the clients office one day per week in Leeds.


Role & Responsibilities

• Ensuring best practice across a team of 10+ Salesforce professionals and optimising their release processes
• Gathering requirements from Stakeholders around their needs with the Salesforce platform, documenting and helping to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce and other areas

Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud. Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud a big plus
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Source-control system experience
• Comfortable with Salesforce development and configuration
• Experience building successful release management processes
• Salesforce Certified Administrator/Business Analyst desirable
