Role & Responsibilities
Act as the go-to Salesforce person
Manage all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Prepare for upgrades and conduct regular internal system audits
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Create documentation of all systems
Provide 2nd line support for Salesforce systems
Analyse technical issues
Skills & Qualifications
At least 2 years' hands-on Salesforce admin experience
ADM 201 certified
System and process analysis skills to optimise and re-engineer complex business processes
Sound understanding of software and application testing methodologies
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
