Salesforce Architect/Tech Lead | Scottsdale, AZ (remote flex) | $160k+

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the innovative use of as an enterprise business platform for a rapidly growing and evolving start-up company
  • Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations in Salesforce
  • Evaluate existing and future system functionality and prescribe rollout plans
  • Maintain proper documentation for work-flow processes, list of values, migration plans, and standard operating procedures in accordance with business requirements
  • Administration functions (page layouts, profiles, security, etc.)
  • Work closely with integration team to manage and improve integrations between Salesforce and other third-party solutions such as marketing and finance automation
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of field reports/dashboards using either SFDC report builder/workbench
  • Help the development and information systems teams make informed decisions, while participating in solution design sessions and bridging disconnected-but-related efforts
  • Work closely with C-Suite members

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Admin, Dev, or Architect experience
  • Knowledge of development and deployment tools such as Visual Studio Code and git
  • APEX, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.
  • Extensive experience with Implementations & Integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization; both internally and externally
  • Leadership Experience is a plus
  • Any Salesforce Certification is a huge plus
