Product Owner (service cloud)

We are seeking a Service Cloud (Salesforce) Product Owner who has a deep understanding of the Service Cloud product suite, with more than 2 years of experience as a Product Owner. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have excellent communication skills. As a Service Cloud Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery of the Service Cloud.(Enduser position)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the Service Cloud product roadmap, working closely with the business, customers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use these insights to inform product decisions
• Define and prioritize features and user stories, working with the development team to ensure they are delivered to a high standard
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Conduct regular user testing and feedback sessions to ensure that the product meets user needs
• Define and track product metrics to measure product success and inform future product development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Cloud Product Owner or similar role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and the Service Cloud
• Fluent in German
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and timelines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Swiss, EU, or other passport holders with active work authorization in Switzerland (B/C permit)
