Salesforce QA Tester

Our client provides technology that measures environmental, social and economic activities. All with a view of rewarding community conscious organisations.

This role is Hybrid based with our client offices based in London and Manchester.

As a Salesforce QA tester you will have a background in Salesforce application testing, with a focus on automated testing and tools. You will report to the Director of Technology so your work will be recognised.

A chance to work in a team environment. Collaborating with the Tech and production teams, including stakeholders within the organisation.


Key Responsibilities of a Salesforce QA Tester

• Exercise your excellent communication skills between multiple departments. Including Admins, Developers and Production managers.
• Display a keen understanding of Client's Business requirements and creating Functional Design Documents.
• Creating detailed test scripts
• Proficient knowledge of Jira and Test Management tools
• Develop and deploy testing processes for both internal and external products and report on your findings
• Raise and Track bugs
• Working to deadlines on multiple projects / Tickets
• Sign off tickets before deployment

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in software quality assurance
• Previous exposure to both black and white box testing
• Experience working in Agile and scrum environments
• Must be an analytic thinker
• Excellent communication skills
• ISEB or similar qualification
