We are seeking a pro active candidate, who can improve and enhance our clients Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be on design scalable best practice solutions you will be an integral part of our clients company moving forward into a bright and exciting future.
Having worked in the Salesforce industry the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current Salesforce technology whilst showing an ability to process business objectives with the aim to quickly identify areas of improvement.
You will need to be comfortable communicating with stakeholders of all levels with an ability to make technical terms into plain English.
You must have the right to work in the UK as Our client doe not offer sponsorship.
This is a business facing role and responsibilities include:
Build dashboards for reporting KPI's across sales-marketing-customer success and customer support.
Managing all aspects of user licencing
Salesforce configuration changes
Control of all Salesforce environments (sandbox, Dev, Test)
Creation of platform road maps which define priorities
Systems Maintenance reviews, Including Security, release updates, health checks and optimizer
Training new users
Working on integration of existing applications. Such as Docusign, Conga, LeadFeeder etc
