Responsibilities: As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance our ability to deliver educational opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Designing and implementing custom solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.
• Configuring and maintaining Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize existing Salesforce implementations and recommending best practices.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to the development team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven expertise in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration with third-party systems.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative features such as workflows, process builder, and security settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Administrator) are a plus.
