Salesforce Product Manager

Job Description

I am currently working with an exciting start up based in the Insurance space with Salesforce at the heart of their operations who are currently looking for a Salesforce Product Manager/Senior Functional Consultant to drive innovation within their rapidly expanding business.

This is a hybrid role with UNLIMITED annual leave, within reason of course!


Role & Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for a team of established developers whilst helping clients visualise and establish the direction of the product
• Leverage your analytical skills and history within Salesforce and/or insurance to help identity areas of risk and opportunity
• Balance pricing, customer data needs and other related processes sch as distribution and claims
• Take responsibility for helping team reach goals
• Design products and utilising customer data to improve decisions
• Consult customers using your knowledge of architecture to concisely explain how certain decisions are not feasible
• Expertly manage clients expectations and create meaningful connections externally

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven history of leading a product from discovery to delivery
• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce knowledge
• Be a natural leader who can lead by example getting hands-on with technical tasks
• Strong knowledge of what an exceptional user experience looks like and be able to balance this with other priorities
• Ideally some experience in the B2B technology space
