As a CRM HubSpot Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system (HubSpot). You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to develop and execute strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Your main goal is to help the organization achieve its sales and revenue targets by leveraging HubSpot's features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Optimize and maintain the HubSpot database to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Build and manage customer segments, workflows, and automations to improve lead conversion, customer retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Create and monitor dashboards and reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns, sales pipelines, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted email campaigns, landing pages, and web forms that capture leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Train and support other team members on the effective use of HubSpot, ensuring that they are following best practices and taking full advantage of the system's capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates and features, and proactively suggest new strategies or tactics to enhance our CRM program.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience using HubSpot, including creating workflows, segments, and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HubSpot Certification is a plus.
