This is a great opportunity to join an exciting not-for-profit organisation as a Salesforce Systems Administrator. You'll be involved in the day-to-day duties of the Salesforce platform and working on new enhancements and projects that align with the business needs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with users, third parties and internal stakeholders, offering support for applications across the entire Salesforce platform. Role & Responsibilities
Create and manage user accounts
Acting as a point of liaison between developers, server administrators and end user
Provide data migration and database administration support
Ensure technical and administration documentation is updated
Deliver applications expertise for project solutions, technical changes and new developments around applications
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience with Sales/Service Cloud (Salesforce Admin certified would be a bonus)
Experience of User Acceptance Testing.
Knowledge of supporting and delivery projects within an Agile environment.
Experience in providing excellent end user support, within an ITIL framework - incident, problem and change management.
Experience administrating technical data workflows, overseeing data migration and managing a system user base
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive and has the ability to work effectively in a team
