One of the UK's most experienced rail operators is hiring for a Head of CRM Development to join their Salesforce team. As the Head of CRM Development you will be working to develop and improve the Service Cloud platform, coaching a small team of Salesforce Administrators and influencing wider technical teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Creating and communication the product roadmap for Salesforce.com in line with the companies strategic objectives and goals
Creating and clearly communicating product backlog items to stakeholder and technical audiences
Make decisions and communicate about the backlog and the development of the Salesforce.com platform
Influence and communicate with stakeholders
Manage product budgets to deliver desired outcomes
Liase with other team members to collaborate and agree on prioritisation of delivery
Motivate, inspire and coach teams (salesforce admins and wider technical teams)
Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrable experience as a user focused Head of/Product Owner
A deep understanding of Salesofrce.com
A wider understanding of the full range of Salesforce.com product suite, including Marketing Cloud and Service and Sales Cloud
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Coaching and mentoring of Salesforce.com admins or 3rd parties
Partially remote - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
Up to £65,000 salary
