Responsibilitie:



As a Salesforce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an integrated Salesforce environment. Your primary focus will be conceptualizing and implementing business requirements and customer journey campaigns. You will provide reporting and recommendations for action based on data analysis. You will also lead and participate in projects, and communicate with external service providers. Additionally, you will qualify, prioritize and handle support requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Informatics Technology
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce in the areas of marketing cloud and ideally health cloud
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce implementation project management
• Fluent in German
