Mason Frank have recently partnered with a growing B2B end user who are looking for a Salesforce Platform Owner to head up their instance of Salesforce and lead a team of offshore consultants.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Administrator who would like to take on a more strategic role whilst still staying hands on with the configuration of the platform
Role & Responsibilities
- Improve delivery of service for customer success, sales and marketing through optimisation of Salesforce
- Conduct Business Analysis via engaging with stakeholders with the view of improving platform
- Design documentation and provide advice on solutions
- User Stories
- Own and manage existing 3rd party applications
- Manage system integration tests
- Deliver Salesforce projects effectively and within timely manner
- Monitor user adoption and drive best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Over 5 years experience within in a B2B role
- Salesforce Certified
- Excellent communication skills
