Role & Responsibilities
Lead an engineering team as part of a larger organisation
Promote effective agile development processes
Encourage the team to deliver on key projects including Lightning migration, and transforming legacy point solutions into platform solutions
Show leadership as a hands-on developer throughout the Salesforce stack
Effectively manage a team towards long-term goals while delivering new capabilities daily
Skills & Qualifications
At least 5 years' experience as a Software Engineer on the Salesforce platform
Background in coding
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Effective leadership skills
Architecture experience desired
Excellent contributory pension
