Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager - 12 Month FTC
You will be responsible for managing and optimising the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience working with the platform and a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
2. Building and maintaining customer journeys, including creating personalised and targeted email campaigns.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing campaigns.
4. Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5. Managing and maintaining customer data, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation.
