Role & Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of Salesforce across 3 continents
  • Create custom reports and dashboards enabling team to have access to Leads and Opportunities within relevant income avenues
  • Provide support and learning materials to end users whilst also driving change management across the company
  • Collect vital data to monitor kpis and conduct data quality reviews/data entry tasks
  • Create and standardise global operation tasks
  • Play a key role in improving user experience through optimisation of Salesforce
  • Manage relationship with implementation partner

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience as an Admin within the Non-profit space
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Good knowledge of the AppExchange, lightning components and familiarity of the NPSP
  • Stakeholder-facing history and ability to gather and translate requirements
  • Basic HTML knowledge
