Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced FinancialForce Expert with a strong background in accounting and construction ERP systems to join our team. As a FinancialForce Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing FinancialForce solutions for our clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of both FinancialForce and Salesforce, as well as significant expertise in accounting practices and construction ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design FinancialForce solutions that align with their needs.
• Lead and execute the implementation of FinancialForce applications, ensuring successful integration with Salesforce and other relevant systems.
• Leverage your accounting background to provide insights and recommendations for financial processes and best practices within FinancialForce.
• Bring your construction ERP experience to the table, offering expertise in integrating construction-specific workflows and data into the Salesforce environment.
• Configure and customize FinancialForce applications to match client requirements, including custom fields, objects, workflows, and reports.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on FinancialForce best practices and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and FinancialForce developments, sharing knowledge with the team and identifying opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, with a strong emphasis on FinancialForce applications.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply financial expertise to system design and configuration.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring FinancialForce applications, including Financial Management, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and other relevant modules.
• Previous involvement in projects involving construction ERP systems and familiarity with construction-specific workflows is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
