My client is seeking a driven candidate with experience across both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, Salesforce Certified and willing to go into their office in Berkshire twice a week.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business and tech colleagues to prepare efficient solutions
  • Ensure design and delivery meet business requirements by efficiently leading
  • Gather requirements, analysis, configuration, integration and deployment
  • Communicate effectively and clearly explain technical processes to non-technical colleagues and business executives

  • Experience across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce certified
  • Experience in delivery life-cycle
