Junior Salesforce Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Liaising with stakeholders, gathering and analysing business requirements
• Support CRM Project Manager, data analyst, developers, to ensure takes are completed and can be rolled out to schools
• Supporting business priorities - advising on wider system capability
• Keep up to date with Salesforce for updates, identifying how this could affect the business systems

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years' Salesforce BA experience
• Strong communicator
• Full right to work in the UK
• Good attitude to learning and providing support for the team
• Experienced gathering and analysing requirements
