ITIL Duty Manager (Ops Hub}

ITIL Duty Manager - £475/day - Inside IR35

A client of mine is currently looking for an ITIL Duty Manager to join their incidents team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing major incidents, owning operational playbooks, and supporting the planning of high-risk out-of-ours change activity.

This role is based onsite in Lambeth. THE WORKING PATTERN IS 12-HOUR SHIFTS, WHICH IS STRUCTURED AS 2 DAYS - 2 NIGHTS THEN 4 DAYS OFF.
