Salesforce Administrator - Service Cloud Focus

I'm currently recruiting for one of the most exciting Salesforce End Users in the continent, they are looking for 2 Salesforce Administrators to join on an initial 12 month FTC.

You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, NPSP and potentially Data Cloud too!

My client are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in Service Cloud and automation to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and be able to maintain and customize a complex Salesforce org. They will be responsible for creating custom objects, Flows, and managing reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and customize a complex Salesforce org
- Manage reports and dashboards
- Work with other teams to ensure data integrity across the organization
- Create and maintain documentation of Salesforce processes and procedures
- Provide end-user support and training
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices
- Manage data imports and exports
- Create and manage Salesforce security settings

Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong background in Service Cloud
- Strong background in automation, including experience Flow, and other automation tools
- Experience with managing reports and dashboards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
