Responsibilities Include:
  • Working closely with clients on analysis of business processes and requirements in development of wider Salesforce solutions
  • Understanding client's requirements through meetings, planning and facilitating training workshops and creating guidelines for users
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills by maintaining close communication with clients and gather feedback
  • Help define the road map for CRM and shape the overall strategy
  • Ensure all changes are adopted well using clear communications with all of the relevant users
  • Occasional travel to client sites

  • Previous experience as a Consultant in a Salesforce Partner or Business Analyst, not essential, however desirable
  • Have demonstrated experience and knowledge of Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate or any other certificates (preferred)
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills

Technical Skills:
  • Hands on Salesforce experience desired
  • Experience implementing and integrating substantial system improvements within Salesforce, (e.g. using new objects, flows, process builder, workflows, validation rules)
  • Strong hands on experience in configuring Salesforce including Workflows, Validation Rules, Lightning Flow, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards.
  • Data manipulation proficiency
  • Technical documentation preparation
