This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the UK's leading healthcare charity. You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the Salesforce platform, working collaboratively in a multi-functional team.

Role & Responsibilities
Implement new features and redesign existing features
Mentor/coach junior admins in the team
Continuous improvement and changes within the scope of Salesforce services
Ensure compliance with quality and process standards (e.g. legal etc)
Coordinate the identification, assessment and communication of operational risks and report on change activities
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Sales and Service Clouds
ADM 201 Certified
Service specific technical knowledge, communication, coordination and organisational skills
At least 3-4years' hands-on Salesforce experience as an administrator
