Salesforce Business Analyst

My client is on the search for a Salesforce BA in the global education space, they are offering a salary of up to £70k dependent on experience and offer fully remote working.

You would be working within a heavily funded Salesforce team and have lots of people around you to learn from and have access to different Salesforce clouds and products to gain knowledge of experience.


Role & Responsibilities

• Discover, analyze, and define business processes and system requirements to achieve defined business outcomes
• Provide consultancy support to key stakeholders and business users in the use and development of Salesforce
• Work with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement to drive systems improvements, and roll out new features and processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce ADM 201 certified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud and CPQ
