Description:

Seeking an experienced Salesforce.com Administrator to act as a key member of a SFDC team, leading functional initiatives within the org (administration, configuration and SF best practice). Work as a key member of a highly established team with decisive SF initiatives moving forward. Client is fully committed to the optimization of SFDC and relevant 3rd part apps. This position will work collaboratively with business units in delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and improve the user experience.

Oversee a team of two (Junior Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst) dedicated to Salesforce, mentor, and instruct them on best practices. Advance and maintain the enterprise-wide CRM implementation to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet company s needs.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Salesforce.com Experience
  • 2+ years in a SFDC SME role / best practice consultant role
  • Experience working with SFDC Developers
  • Experience with SFDC 3rd party applications
  • Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts
  • Experience transitioning from Salesforce.com Classic to Lightening a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; Demonstrates a high level of diplomacy and professionalism
  • Able to work independently and lead projects of moderate complexity
  • Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the overall configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform
  • Performs daily Salesforce administrative task and address production support issues
  • Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Stays up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality and provides recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements, and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
  • Present solution options, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
  • Assist in the management of integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com, including but not limited to Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), Marketo, Wave analytics
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency
