Job Description

This hybrid London based role is for an exceptional educational support company is currently active and grants the opportunity to lead large projects large organisational impact.

This Business Analyst will be supporting the CRM team to deliver solutions to the organisations unified CRM system.


Role & Responsibilities

• Working with the CRM team to make sure all requirements are documented and execution of the global roll out plan is supported
• Provide support to the project manager, data analyst and developer team to ensure all tasks are done to roll out to schools
• Contributing to team discussions and work with regions and schools to gather requirements used to deliver road map features across the regions

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis to implement and enhance a customer relationship management system
• Good writing skills and grammar
• Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Highly familiar with current agile and business analysis platforms such as Jira, Visio, Signavio, MS office suite, etc
